DaeshDaily comment: Thousands of civilians go to these 2 squares in downtown Baghdad, many of them Sunnis of course. To justify their terrorist attacks on civilians, Daesh and other Takfiri groups use a fatwa from Ibn Taymiyyah, an obscure 13th century cleric. The fatwa is called Tatarrus (Shielding) and it basically says if a wanted kafir is hiding among dozens of Muslims or other forbidden-to-kill people then it is fine to kill all of them, even women and children, in order to kill the kafir. Daesh, Al-Qaeda and other Salafi-Takfiri groups use this fatwa extensively, ignoring anything in the Quran or the Hadith.

And the other questions about these suicide attacks: How could a Saudi terrorist reach downtown Baghdad? Where are the checkpoints? Who let him in, and why?
